摘要
铜陵有色铜冠冶化分公司硫酸生产余热发电循环水冷却塔年久运行,喷头堵塞,填料老化,配水管配水不均匀等,导致冷却塔出水温度高于设计值,影响余热发电冷凝器、冷油器等关键辅助设备的正常运行,间接影响余热发电的发电负荷。本文主要介绍通过对机械逆流式通风冷却塔的改造,以达到节能降耗的目标。改造的主要内容:重新设计配水管和喷头、收水器、填料。改造后,喷头布水均匀,循环水温达到设计温度,余热发电各辅助设备稳定运行,余热发电负荷提高。
The sulphuric acid production waste heat power generation circulating water cooling tower of Tongling Nonferrous Copper Crown Smelting and Chemical Branch has been operating for a long time,the nozzles are blocked,the filler is aging,and the water distribution pipe is uneven.The normal operation of key auxiliary equipment such as oilers indirectly affects the power generation load of waste heat power generation.This article mainly introduces the transformation of mechanical counterflow ventilation cooling tower to achieve the goal of energy saving and consumption reduction.The main content of the transformation:redesign the water distribution pipes and nozzles,water collectors,and fillers.After the transformation,the nozzles distribute water evenly,the circulating water temperature reaches the design temperature,the auxiliary equipment of waste heat power generation is operating stably,and the load of waste heat power generation is increased.
