Discussion on mine geological environment protection and land reclamation project evaluation scope,reclamation area and reclamation responsibility scope

依据政策规定,矿山企业不再单独编制矿山地质环境保护与治理恢复方案、土地复垦方案,改为编制矿山地质环境保护与治理恢复方案和土地复垦方案。本文通过新旧规范标准中对评估范围、复垦区及复垦责任范围的对比解读,并结合图片分析三者之间的关系,为矿山地质环境保护与土地复垦方案编制中更好地确定评估范围、复垦区及复垦责任范围的提供依据。

According to the policy provisions,mining enterprises no longer separate preparation of mine geological environment protection and governance restoration program,land reclamation program,instead of the preparation of mine geological environment protection and governance restoration program and land reclamation program.In this paper,the assessment scope,reclamation area and reclamation responsibility scope are compared and interpreted in the old and new norms and standards,and the relationship among them is analyzed in combination with pictures,so as to provide a basis for better determining the assessment scope,reclamation area and reclamation responsibility scope in the mine geological environment protection and land reclamation program preparation.
