浅谈矿山企业供应链管理中的“小采购”与“大采购”

采购是企业和供应商之间的重要枢纽,在管理供应商和企业供应链中处于核心地位。在矿山企业的供应发展过程中,采购由供应导向逐步朝着需求导向演变,由管理供应发展到需求和供应的同时管理,这也就是从“小采购”到“大采购”的发展过程。在这个渐变过程中,矿山企业需要根据自身实际,着力完善内部的职责划分,形成合力,合理且科学的管理供应商。

procurement is an important hub between enterprises and suppliers,and plays a core role in managing suppliers and enterprise supply chain.In the supply development process of mining enterprises,procurement has gradually evolved from supply orientation to demand orientation,from managing supply to managing both demand and supply,which is the development process from"small procurement"to"large procurement".In this gradual process,mining enterprises need to improve the internal division of responsibilities according to their own reality,form a joint force,and manage suppliers reasonably and scientifically.
