摘要
女性生殖功能受多种内分泌腺体的影响,尤其是甲状腺。经典观点认为无论是甲状腺激素(TH)水平异常,还是单纯的抗甲状腺自身抗体(ATA)升高,均可对女性生殖系统带来不良影响。然而近年来有研究得出了相反的结论。随着卵泡液(FF)中也存在TH及相关抗体的观点被证实,有学者推测,靶器官中的激素及抗体才是影响生殖功能的“元凶”。因此,探测卵泡液中的激素及抗体水平可能对预测女性生殖功能,尤其是辅助生殖的妊娠结局有重要意义。
Female reproductive function is affected by various endocrine glands,especially the thyroid gland.The classical view is that either thyroid dysfunction or sole elevated antithyroid autoantibodies can lead to adverse effects on female reproductive system.However,several studies have reached an opposite conclusion in recent years.With the present of thyroid hormone and autoantibodies in follicular fluid is verified,some scholars gradually speculate that the hormones or antibodies existing in target organs are the“prime culprit”affecting reproductive function.Therefore,to detect the levels of thyroid hormones and autoantibodies in follicular fluid may play a crucial role in predicting female reproductive function,especially the outcome of women accepting assisted reproduction technology.
