摘要
为考察内地高校新疆籍少数民族大学生学业自我效能感、学业压力与学习倦怠之间的关系,本研究采用大学生学业自我效能感问卷、学业压力问卷和学习倦怠问卷对221名内地高校新疆籍大学生进行调查。结果显示:(1)新疆籍少数民族大学生的学业压力、学习倦怠的情绪低落维度和学业行为自我效能感都显著高于新疆籍汉族大学生;(2)学业自我效能感可以负向预测新疆籍少数民族大学生的学业压力和学习倦怠;(3)学业压力在新疆籍少数民族大学生学业自我效能感与学习倦怠关系中起部分中介作用。研究结果反映了新疆籍少数民族大学生学业自我效能感、学业压力和学习倦怠的特点,揭示了学业自我效能感对学习倦怠的作用机制,对做好新疆籍少数民族大学生的学业辅导具有一定的实践意义。
To investigate the relationship among academic self-efficacy,academic stress and learning burnout of Xinjiang minority college students in mainland China,221 Xinjiang minority college students completed a battery of self-report questionnaires measuring their academic self-efficacy,academic pressure,and learning burnout.The following results were found:(1)The academic pressure,academic behavior self-efficacy,and academic depression of Xinjiang minority college students were higher than that of Xinjiang Han college students.(2)Academic self-efficay was negatively correlated with academic pressure and learning burnout.(3)Academic pressure played a partial mediating role between academic self-efficacy and learning burnout.The study highlighted the mediation effect of academic pressure in the link between academic self-efficacy and learning burnout.It contributes to a better understanding of relationships between academic self-efficacy,academic pressure,and learning burnout of Xinjiang minority college student.It also provides constructive suggestions to facilitate the academic self-efficacy of Xinjiang minority college students.
