摘要
为了更好地认识英语非母语国家工科硕士研究生英文科技论文写作现状,提高英文科技论文写作能力,文章通过网络调查问卷的方法,对我国12所高校在读硕士研究生的英文水平、英文文献阅读情况、英文科技论文撰写现状进行了调研。在此基础上,从学校层面提出了因材施教、以读促写、学以致用的英文科技论文写作能力培养的建议,从硕士研究生个人层面提出了文献筛选、文献阅读方法以及归纳总结方面的建议。文章对工科硕士研究生英文论文写作的提升有一定的借鉴作用。
In order to understand and improve the current status of scientific writing in English from postgraduate students in non-native English-speaking countries,we utilize online questionnaire as data source to study the English skill level of master students from 12 universities in China.We investigate the status of reading English reference and writing English scientific papers.Based on these results,at the university level,we suggest teaching students in accordance with their ability,using reading to promote writing,and applying practical skills to efficiently improve writing ability.At the students'individual level,we propose research literature screening,literature reading methods,and recommendations for timely summary.We hope this work can provide some guidance for the improvement of English writing skills for engineering graduate students in our country.
