工程类硕士专业学位研究生实践培养改革探索

随着招生规模的不断扩大,工程类硕士专业学位研究生的专业实践工作问题不断显现。文章在分析工程类硕士专业学位研究生专业实践存在问题的基础上,提出改进工程类硕士专业学位研究生专业实践工作的几点举措,以期帮助各高校结合自身人才培养特点与基地单位需求,完善工程类硕士专业学位研究生专业实践培养体系,改进实践管理办法,优化实践考核制度,最终达到提高研究生培养质量的目的。

With the continuous expansion of enrollment scale,the problem of professional practice of engineering master degree graduates has been emerging.Based on the analysis of problems in professional practice of engineering master degree graduates,this essay put forward several measures to improve professional practice work of graduate students of master's degree in engineering,so as to help colleges and universities to improve the professional practice training system of engineering master degree graduates,improve practice management methods,optimize practice assessment system,and finally achieve the purpose of improving the quality of graduate training.
