工程认证背景下水电专业人才培养模式研究

为适应社会对应用型技能人才的需求,高校专业建设应该从工程教育专业认证为出发点,培养能够与国际工程教育互认的高级技能人才。文章以“工程教育专业认证”工作为契机,分析了水利水电工程专业特点,从培养目标、建设要求、课程体系三方面阐述了专业建设情况,并从人才培养理事会建立、实践能力培养、顶岗实习、“双师型”教师队伍建设四个方面对专业特色进行了初步论述,为其他地方高校在工程教育背景下开展特色内涵建设提供参考。

In order to meet the needs of society for application-oriented skilled talents,taking"engineering education professional certification"as an opportunity,water conservancy and Hydropower Engineering Major of Jilin University of agricultural science and technology has constructed a talent training program from three aspects of training objectives,construction requirements and curriculum system,which provides reference for local colleges and universities to carry out characteristic connotation construction under the background of engineering education.
