为进一步优化营商环境、便利企业和群众办事、建设服务型政府,国务院要求加快推进"互联网+政务服务"^([1])。广东积极响应国务院的要求,开展"数字政府"改革^([2]),推进政府治理体系和治理能力现代化。广东省自然资源厅作为省"数字政府"改革的实施部门之一,迫切需要建立"互联网+政务服务"技术支撑体系,进一步提升企业和群众办事获得感,促进行政审批工作阳光公正。本文以支撑自然资源政务服务事项"一网通办""跨省通办",促进用地、用矿、用海"阳光审批"为目标,充分发挥测绘地理信息的技术优势,围绕自然资源"互联网+政务服务"技术支撑体系建设开展讨论。
