我国车联网网络安全管理机制概述

Overview of China's Internet of Vehicles CyberSecurity Management Mechanism

当前,我国车联网产业进入快速发展阶段,网联化、智能化引领,车联网服务需求逐渐加大,但同时也增加了车联网安全漏洞和攻击切入点,带来系列衍生安全问题。在此背景下,本文从车联网网络安全管理机制出发,分析了我国在车联网网络安全法律法规、政策指南、标准体系等方面的监管现状,结合我国车联网发展特点提出车联网网络安全管理建议,为政府管理和企业实践提供参考。

At present,China’s IoV(Internet of Vehicles)industry has entered a stage of rapid development,led by Internet connectivity and intelligence.The demand for IoV is gradually increasing,at the same time,there are more vulnerabilities and attack points for vehicles,bringing a series of derivative security problems.In this context,starting from the cybersecurity management mechanism of the IoV,and analyzes the cybersecurity supervision status of Laws and regulations,policy guidelines,standard systems and other aspects in China,and puts forward suggestions on the cybersecurity management of the IoV based on the development characteristics of the IoV in China,providing reference for government management and enterprise practice.
