摘要
如何培养、留住和使用好纺织服装人才是纺织服装高校、地方政府和纺织服装企业所要解决的一项重要而紧迫的问题。本调研报告在深入考察和调研的基础上,分析了江西省纺织服装产业现状及面临的困难。对高端人才极为缺乏、毕业生外流严重、薪资待遇不高、人才政策不到位等问题及原因进行了剖析。提出要发挥服装院校的人才培养优势的相关建议。
How to train,retain and make good use of textile and apparel talents is an important and urgent issue to be solved by textile and apparel universities,local governments and textile and apparel enterprises.The research report analyzes the current situation and difficulties of the textile and garment industry in Jiangxi Province on the basis of in-depth investigation.The research report puts forward relevant suggestions to make use of the talent training advantages in clothing colleges and universities by analyzing the problems of the extreme shortage of high-end talents,the serious outflow of graduates,the low salary and the inadequate talent policy.
