大数据时代高校就业质量研究的热点主题与前沿演进--基于CiteSpace的可视化分析

Hot topics and frontier evolution of the research on employment quality of university graduate in the era of big data---Visualization analysis based on CiteSpace

大学生高质量就业是高校发展的关键目标,分析我国高校就业质量研究的热点主题和前沿演进,对我国民生发展有着重要意义。本文将CNKI数据库(2001-2020年)收录的1066篇以高校就业质量为研究主题的期刊论文作为大数据样本,采用科学文献计量法,通过运行CiteSpace 5.5R4文献计量工具绘制知识图谱进行可视化分析。研究结果表明:高校就业质量研究的热点主题包括实施主体、提升路径和评价体系构建方法等;研究前沿从关注就业率和就业质量逐步迁移到关注新时代背景下的毕业生就业心理和职业指导。

The high-quality employment of graduate is the key goal of the development of colleges and universities.It is of greatsignificance to analyze the hot topics and frontier evolution of the research on the employment quality of university graduate in China.In this paper,1066 journal papers on employment quality of university graduate collected in CNKI database(2001-2020)are taken as big data samples.The knowledge graph is drawn by running CiteSpace 5.5R4 for visualization analysisthrough bibliometric method.The results show that the hot topics of research on employment quality in universities include implementation subject,promotion path and construction method of evaluation system,etc,and the research frontier has gradually shifted from focusing on employment rate and employment quality to employment psychology and career guidance of graduatesin the newera.
