摘要 风火打捆是新能源基地电力外送的重要方式,研究风火打捆系统小干扰稳定性具有重要意义。本文研究了风火打捆系统的小干扰稳定性分析方法,基于互联电网构建的等效两机系统,推导了风火打捆系统区间振荡模态与风火打捆外送功率和系统等效惯量的关系,构建了考虑小干扰稳定性的风火配比优化模型。最后,通过风火打捆测试系统对所提优化方法进行验证。结果表明所提方法能够准确估计出风火最优配比,使风火打捆系统满足小干扰稳定的要求,并且保证了风火打捆系统功率外送能力。 The wind-thermal bundled system has become as an important way for the power delivery of a new energy base,and the research on its small signal stability is of significance.In this paper,the small signal stability analysis method for the wind-thermal bundled system is studied.Based on the construction of an equivalent two-machine system of interconnected power grid,the relationship between the inter-area oscillation modes of the wind-thermal bundled system,the wind-thermal bundled delivery power and the system’s equivalent inertia is deduced,an optimization model of wind-thermal capacity ratio with small signal stability constraints is built.Finally,a wind-thermal bundled test system is used to validate the proposed optimization method.Results show that the proposed method can accurately estimate the optimal wind-thermal capacity ratio,which can ensure that the wind-thermal bundled system meets the requirements of small signal stability while guaranteeing the system’s power delivery capability.
