摘要
目的筛选冠心病病人基因芯片数据并进行生物信息学分析,以期筛选冠心病的特征基因。方法利用GEO数据库筛选冠心病基因集,经过GEO数据库的GEO2R在线分析工具找出符合条件的基因,绘制Venn图寻找共同表达差异基因,再进行GEO富集可视化分析、基于京都基因与基因组百科全书(KEGG)通路分析及蛋白-蛋白相互作用(PPI)可视化分析。结果冠心病的3个基因集中找到50个共同表达差异基因及3个特异基因(IL3ST、PIAS2及SOCS1)。结论经过对GEO数据库中冠心病的3个基因集行Venn图绘制、GEO富集可视化分析、KEGG通路分析及PPI可视化分析,3个特异基因符合研究条件,进而实现冠心病的早期诊断及特异性的靶向治疗。
Objective To screen coronary heart disease markers and to analyse bioinformatics based on GEO database chip,so as to screen out characteristic genes of coronary heart disease.Methods The gene sets of coronary heart disease were screened by GEO database,the qualified genes were identified by GEO2R online analysis tool of GEO database,and the co-expressed differential genes were found by drawing Venn diagram.Then GEO enrichment visualization analysis,pathway analysis based on Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)and protein-protein interaction network(PPI)visualization analysis were performed.Results A total of 50 co-expressed differential genes and 3 specific genes were found in the 3 gene sets of coronary heart disease.Conclusion Three gene sets of coronary heart disease were analysed by Venn diagram,GEO enrichment visualization analysis,KEGG pathway analysis and PPI visualization analysis in GEO database,and there were 3 specific genes met the research conditions,which could realize the early diagnosis and specific targeted treatment of the disease.
