基于多功能AGV的车桥配送与装配效率提升

摘要 系统布置设计以设备布局与物料流转为主题,使设施得到优化布置,支持物料有序流转,在降低物流费用、缩短生产周期等方面有显著作用.随着制造业信息化水平的提升,智能物流已成为系统布置设计中关注重点.针对车桥装配过程存在配送物流强度高、装配作业效率低等问题,调整车桥配送点与装配位置,缩短车桥搬运距离;设计一款集成配送与举升功能的AGV设备,降低车桥配送工作强度,提高车桥装配效率,实现车桥搬运优化与装配自动化水平的提升.该AGV设备经现场运用验证,车桥生产配送距离缩短46%、装配效率提升59%. The system layout design revolved the theme of equipment layout and material flow, can optimize the layout of facilities, support the orderly flow of materials, and play a significant role in reducing logistics costs and shortening production cycles.With the improvement of manufacturing informatization, intelligent logistics has become the focus of attention in the system layout design. In view of the problems of high distribution logistics intensity and low assembly operation efficiency in the assembly process of axles, the axle transportation distance was shortened by adjusting the axle distribution points and assembly positions.An AGV equipment with integrated distribution and lifting functions was designed to reduce axles.The distribution work intensity is improved, the axle assembly efficiency is improved, and the axle handling optimization and assembly automation level are improved.The AGV equipment has been verified by on-site application, and the axle production and distribution distance has been shortened by 46%,and the assembly efficiency has been increased by 59%.
