湖南省物流效率测度及其影响因素研究——基于DEA和Tobit模型的分析 被引量:6

摘要 物流行业作为国家基础性产业和服务性行业,其发展速度和质量已成为评价经济实力的重要指标.湖南省作为中国中部枢纽,物流行业向提质增效的集约型转变,发展前景广阔、潜力巨大,因此对物流效率相关问题的研究十分必要.运用DEA模型测度湖南省2005—2018年物流效率,并构建Tobit回归模型分析相关影响因素.研究表明,湖南省物流业的整体效率较高,规模报酬总体上处于递增或不变,但规模效率波动较大,物流效率还有一定提升空间;地区经济发展水平、产业结构和交通基础设施对湖南省物流效率起正面影响,而政府干预起负面影响,其中产业结构对物流效率的影响程度更大. Logistics industry as a national basic industry and service industry, its development speed and quality has become an important indicator of economic strength.As the hub of central China, the logistics industry in Hunan Province is being changed to the intensive type of improving quality and increasing efficiency, which has broad prospects and great potential.Therefore, it is necessary to study the logistics efficiency related issues.This paper uses DEA model to measure the logistics efficiency of Hunan Province from 2005 to 2018,and constructs Tobit regression model to analyze the relevant influencing factors.The results show that: first, the overall efficiency of logistics industry in Hunan Province is high, and the return to scale is increasing or unchanged, but the scale efficiency fluctuates greatly, and there is still room for improvement;second, the level of regional economic development, industrial structure and transportation infrastructure have a positive impact on the logistics efficiency of Hunan Province, while the government intervention has a negative impact, among which the industrial structure has a greater impact on the logistics efficiency.
