This article presents asummary of authors’experience in helping traditional enterprises transform from the original application architecture to the cloud native architecture.We define the processas a flow process,in which each step will involve specific methods,tools and technologies.This set of procedures has successfully helped many multinational car companies complete the transformation of the information system architecture.
