Design of Hospital Cost Accounting System Based on MVC Framework

针对原有系统在进行成本核算的过程中,受无法与医院管理系统进行交互的影响而无法管理单位信息,在每月医疗设备折旧值为3.5-5.9万元的范围内存在项目成本核算值波动性较大的问题,设计一种基于MVC框架的医院成本核算系统。系统的硬件构成为服务器模块。服务器模块由服务器、局域网以及业务电脑构成。系统的软件构成为管理单位信息模块、成本核算模块、数据库模块、人机交互模块。管理单位信息模块由设置科室奖金单元、设置职工信息单元等单元构成;成本核算模块主要由科室核算单元、服务项目核算单元等构成;数据库模块的数据库表包括员工基本信息表、材料基本信息表等;人机交互模块由MVC框架的3个主要部件构成。为了证明设计系统在每月医疗设备折旧值为3.5-5.9万元的范围内项目成本核算值波动性较小,在该范围内进行3种系统的对比实验,实验结果证明设计系统的项目成本核算值波动性可以始终保持最小,成功实现波动性的降低。

In the process of cost accounting of the original system,the information of the unit cannot be managed due to the influence of the interaction between the original system and the hospital management system.There is a big fluctuation of the project cost accounting value in the range of 35-59 thousand yuan of monthly depreciation value of medical equipment.A hospital cost accounting system based on MVC framework is designed.The hardware structure of the system is the server module.The server module consists of server,LAN and business computer.The software of the system consists of management unit information module,cost accounting module,database module and human-computer interaction module.The management unit information module is composed of department bonus unit,employee information unit,etc.;the cost accounting module is mainly composed of department accounting unit,service item accounting unit,etc.;the database table of database module includes employee basic information table,material basic information table,etc.;the human-computer interaction module is composed of three main parts of MVC framework.In order to prove that the project cost accounting value of the design system fluctuates less in the range of 35-59 thousand yuan of monthly depreciation value of medical equipment.The comparative experiments of three systems are carried out in this range.The experimental results show that the project cost accounting value volatility of the design system can always be kept to the minimum,and the volatility can be reduced successfully.
