创新数量、创新质量与企业效益的互动机制研究

Research on Interactive Mechanism of Innovation Quantity,Innovation Quality and Enterprise Performance

分析高技术产业创新数量、创新质量与效益之间的关系,发现并解决问题。选择面板数据模型、面板贝叶斯向量自回归模型两种方法,对创新数量、创新质量与投入要素及效益这三者之间的关系在理论分析基础上进行实证研究。研究表明:创新数量与企业效益之间总体上呈良性互动关系;创新质量对企业效益的影响为负;创新数量是创新质量的基础;创新数量和创新质量对资本呈现替代关系,对劳动力呈现互补关系。

With purpose of analyzing the interrelationship between innovation quantity,innovation quality and performance,and searching for interaction among them,this paper,by theoretical analysis and applying panel data model and Bayesian vector autoregressive model,empirically studied the interrelationship between innovation quantity,innovation quality and input factor,input performance.The results shows that:as a whole the interaction between innovation quantity and innovation quality is constructive;innovation quality has negative effect on enterprise performance;innovation quantity is the basis of innovation quality;innovation quantity and innovation quality have substitution relation with capital and supplementary relation with labor force.
