创新驱动与经济高质量发展耦合协调分析——以鲁中、鲁东地区为例

Analysis on the Coupling Coordination Degree between Innovation Driven Development and High-quality Economic Development——A Case Study of Central and Eastern Shandong

在我国实施创新驱动和经济高质量发展的背景下,提升创新驱动与经济高质量发展的协同性对山东有重要意义。借助耦合协调度模型,定量分析2011—2019年山东中部、东部区域七个城市创新驱动与经济高质量发展的协调关系。结果显示:鲁中、鲁东地区的创新驱动与经济高质量发展综合指数呈上升态势,整体发展主要依靠核心城市拉动,其中三分之二的城市创新滞后于经济发展;鲁中、鲁东地区两系统耦合协调度稳步上升,鲁中地区协调性低于鲁东地区,但提升速度相对更快,各城市二者协调度存在显著差异。根据模型结果提出相应对策建议。

Under the strategic background of innovation driven development and high-quality economic development in China,it is of great practical significance for Shandong Province to enhance the synergy between innovation and high-quality economic development.Based on the coupling coordination model,this paper quantitatively analyzes the coordination relationship between innovation driven development and high-quality economic development of seven cities in central and eastern Shandong Province from 2011 to 2019.The results show that:the comprehensive index of innovation and high-quality economic development in central and eastern Shandong is on the rise,and the overall development level is mainly driven by core cities,of which two-thirds of urban innovation lags behind economic development.The coupling coordination degree of the two systems in central and eastern Shandong is rising steadily.The coordination level of central Shandong is lower than that of eastern Shandong,but the speed of improvement is relatively faster,and there are obvious differences in the coordination degree of the two systems among different cities.Based on this,the paper puts forward relevant development suggestions.
