国际人才国内外研究的热点及述评——基于CiteSpace的可视化分析

The Hotspots and Review of International Talent Research at Home and Abroad——Visual Analysis Based on CiteSpace

选取2004—2018年Web of Science和中国知网收录的864篇国际人才研究领域的学术论文为样本,运用文献计量方法对样本进行可视化分析并绘制科学知识图谱。通过关键词共现、聚类以及节点分析,发现国内外学者对人才流失、移民或智力回流、海归创业、技术创新等问题比较关注。基于国内外研究热点进行文献述评,发现国内外学者在国际人才的流动动因、效应(人才外流、人才回流、人才环流)、创业等已经形成较为丰富的成果,但在人才环流、非制度因素、管理创新等方面还存在一定的研究空间。

By choosing 864 academic papers in the field of international talent research collected by Web of Science and CNKI from 2004 to 2018 as samples,and based on the CiteSpace V software and using literature econometrics,this paper visually analyzed the samples and drew a scientific knowledge map.Through keyword co-occurrence,clustering,and node analysis,it is found that domestic and foreign scholars are more concerned about issues such as brain drain,immigration or intellectual return,returnee entrepreneurship,and technological innovation.Based on the literature review of domestic and foreign research hotspots,it is found that domestic and foreign scholars have formed relatively rich results in the motivation,effect(brain drain,brain gain,brain circulation),entrepreneurship of the international talent flow.However,there is still room for research on brain circulation,non-institutional factors and management innovation.
