益气固本调免方治疗慢性肾炎的临床研究

A Clinical Observation of“Yiqigubentiaomian Formula”in Treatment of Chronic Glomerulonephritis

目的:观察益气固本调免方对于慢性肾炎患者的临床疗效。方法:将128例慢性肾炎CKD1~3期患者随机分为两组,实验组64例予益气固本调免方,对照组64例予肾炎康复片,疗程4个月,比较两组患者的血尿、蛋白尿、肾功能和细胞免疫情况。结果:(1)对照组的尿红细胞数无明显减少(P>0.05),24 h尿蛋白定量下降(P<0.05),实验组尿红细胞数和24 h尿蛋白定量均显著改善(P<0.01),组间疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组总有效率为87.50%,对照组总有效率为71.88%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)与治疗前相比,实验组CD4显著升高(P<0.01),CD8显著降低(P<0.01),CD4/CD8比值显著上升(P<0.01);对照组则无明显改善(P>0.05)。结论:益气固本调免方可以有效改善慢性肾炎患者的血尿和蛋白尿,同时能改善患者的细胞免疫功能。

Objective:The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of“Yiqigubentiaomian Formula”in chronic glomerulonephritis patients in chronic kidney disease(CKD)stage 1~3.Methods:In this randomized controlled clinical study,131 patients were enrolled.They were randomized into treatment group(65 cases,Yiqigubentiaomian Formula)and control group(66 cases,Shenyankangfu tablet),with a four-month course of therapies.The hematuria,proteinuria,renal function and cellular immunity in the two groups were compared.Results:In control group,red blood cell count of urine were not reduced(P>0.05)and 24 h urinary protein excretion were reduced(P<0.05),whereas they were obviously reduced in treatment group(P<0.01),with significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 87.50%in treatment group and 71.88%in control group,with a significant difference between the two rates(P<0.05).When compared the results of control group,cluster of differentiation 4(CD4),CD8,and CD4/CD8 were more significantly improved in treatment group during the study period(P<0.01).Conclusion:Yiqigubentiaomian Formula is effective to alleviate the hematuria and proteinuria,and improve cellular immunity in the patients with chronic glomerulonephritis chronic glomerulonephritis.
