摘要
在分析工匠精神内涵的基础上,结合哈尔滨工程大学工程训练中心大学生创新教育中存在的问题,提出了创新教育与工匠精神培养的融合模式,并进一步凝练出“普及型科创技术培训—狭义工匠精神养成—广义工匠精神养成”的工训中心创新教育课程思政新模式,最终通过教学实践验证了该模式的有效性。
Based on the analysis of the connotation of craftsman spirit,and through combining with the problems of innovation education of college students of Engineering Training Center,Harbin Engineering University,the integration model of innovation education and craftsman spirit training is proposed,i.e.to further compact the new model of innovation education course of Engineering Training Center,which is“universal type science and technology innovation training—narrow sense of craftsman spirit cultivation—generalization of craftsman spirit cultivation”.Finally the efficiency of this model is verified through teaching practice.
