摘要
对分层教学在高职中西面点专业教育中的应用进行讨论。要对学生、教学目标及教学过程进行合理分层,重视教材开发,组建师资队伍,定期调整分层。分层教学能让学生更主动地学习知识、技能,以更好地满足企业岗位需求。
The research discusses the application of stratified teaching in Chinese and western pastry major education of the higher vocational college.It is suggested to rationally stratify students,teaching targets and teaching processes;pay attention to the development of teaching materials,construct teaching staff,and regularly adjust stratification.Stratified teaching can make students learn knowledge and skills more actively,in order to satisfy the demands of enterprises and posts.
