探讨了职业教育会计技能教学创新策略。论述了职业教育会计技能教学创新的必要性,以更好地培养适应市场需要的会计人才。分析了职业教育会计教学中存在的问题,具体表现在会计教学偏重理论而忽略实践,会计教师专业能力与素养不足。提出了职业教育会计技能教学创新策略,即:教学创新要关注对学生职业技能的培养,加大对会计专业教学的投入力度,积极引进先进的教学设备和技术,提升会计教学的科学性和有效性,提高学生的参与度;教学创新要提高教师的专业能力与素养,加强教师的专业培训,不断提升会计教师的教学能力和文化素养,积累教学经验和实践经验。开展职业教育会计技能教学创新,以期培养学生的职业道德和素养,提升学生的实践技能水平,使其成为符合岗位需求的高素质会计人才。

The research explores the innovative strategies of vocational education accounting skills teaching,discusses the necessity of the innovation of vocational education accounting skills teaching,in order to train accounting talents who can meet the market demand,and analyzes the problems in vocational education accounting teaching,i.e.too much attention to accounting teaching and neglect of practice,and insufficient professional ability and literacy of accounting teachers.Innovative strategies of vocational education accounting skills teaching are proposed,i.e.we should pay attention to the student’s professional skill training during education innovation,strengthen the input intensity of accounting professional teaching,actively introduce advanced teaching equipment and technology,improve the scientificity and effectiveness of accounting teaching,and promote student’s participation;we should improve teacher’s professional ability and literacy during teaching innovation,strengthen teacher’s professional training,continuously improve accounting teacher’s teaching ability and culture literacy,and accumulate teaching and practical experience.Innovation of vocational education accounting skills teaching can train student’s professional ethics and literacy,improve student’s practical skill level,and make them conform to the demand of accounting talents with high-quality.
