摘要
随着应届毕业生数量的逐年增加,就业形势日趋严峻。探讨了慢就业现象的概念及成因,通过对国内慢就业现象及国外Gap Year现象的分析,提出了给大学生更多的选择机会、完善大学生就业服务体系、转变就业观念等建议,以期应对不断严峻的就业形势,提升毕业生的就业质量。
With the increase of the number of fresh graduates by years,the employment situation becomes serious day by day.The research explores the concept and causes of slow employment,analyzes the slow employment at home and Gap Year phenomenon abroad,and proposes suggestions,such as to provide more opportunities for college students,perfect college student employment service system,and change employment concept,etc,in order to cope with continuously serious employment trend,and improve employment quality of graduates.
