Research of the Construction Path of Students’Quality Societies in Vocational Schools

探讨了职业学校学生精品社团建设路径。阐述了开展社团活动的意义,分析了精品社团建设过程中存在的问题,从改变认知、完善规章制度、加强学生干部队伍建设、建立健全考核评价制度和活动形式多样化五方面提出了针对性措施,为建设精品社团、提高人才素质提供了理论支持。

The research explores the construction path of students’quality societies in vocational schools,expounds the significance of club activity,and analyzes the problems in the construction process of quality societies.Targeted countermeasures are proposed from five aspects,including changing cognition,perfecting rules and regulation system,strengthening student cadre team construction,establishing and perfecting evaluation system and various activities,in order to provide theoretical support for the establishment of boutique societies,and the improvement of talent quality.
