高校教学管理信息化存在的问题及对策研究

Research of the Problems of Teaching Management Informatizationin the University and the Countermeasures

探讨了高校教学管理信息化存在的问题及对策。论述了信息化技术的重要性和必要性,分析了高校教学管理信息化存在的问题,具体表现在管理理念落后、管理模式单一、管理水平较低。提出了高校教学管理信息化的提升策略,应转变教育理念、优化管理模式、提升管理能力,进而不断提升教学管理质量,提升管理工作的有效性,促进高校的长远稳定发展,培养更多高素质创新型人才。

The research explores the problems of teaching management informatization in the university and the countermeasures;discusses the importance and necessity of information technology;and analyzes the problems,i.e.backward management concept,simple management model,and low management level.Improvement strategies of teaching management informatization of the university are proposed,i.e.to change education concept,optimize management mode,and improve management capacity,in order to continuously improve teaching management quality,the efficiency of management and the long-term steady development of the university,and train more high qualified innovative talents.
