摘要
基于文献计量学理论和CiteSpace可视化软件,探讨传染病的预防、诊治、管理机制。以中国知网(CNKI)收录的非典型性肺炎研究相关文献为研究对象,运用CiteSpace 5.7.R5w软件,对相关文献做特征分析、文献关键词词频分析、聚类分析和突现词分析。研究表明,当一个新型未知传染病出现时,需要对其进行快速的病原学研究,尽快制定治疗和预防方法。其中,中医中药在治疗突发传染病中起到很重要的作用,应根据不同地域使用不同中药方剂,动员全社会有效控制疫情,把损失降到最小,为今后突发公共卫生事件提供有效防控机制和应对手段。
Based on bibliometrics theory and CiteSpace visualization software,the mechanism of prevention,diagnosis,treatment and management of infectious diseases was discussed.Taking the papers on SARS research collected by CNKI as the research object,CiteSpace 5.7.R5w software was used to analyze the features of published articles,the frequency of key words in the literature,cluster analysis and burst term analysis.When a new unknown infectious disease appears,it is necessary to conduct rapid etiological research,and formulate treatment and prevention methods as soon as possible.In the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,different prescriptions should be used according to different regions,the whole society be mobilized to effectively control the epidemic,and the losses be minimized,in order to provide effective prevention and control mechanism and response means for public health emergency.
