摘要
为解决卫生浴具马桶生产中人工码垛存在的问题,实现马桶包装箱翻转码垛的自动化,设计了一款工作效率高、安全性高、利用率高、能耗低的全自动翻转码垛机械手,该装置集合机械设计、控制系统编程、气压传动、传感器等多领域的先进技术,提高了马桶包装箱装箱机械化水平,实现了生产车间翻转码垛自动化及人工远程操控,节省了大量的人力资源及劳动成本,对于提高车间翻转码垛效率具有重要意义,值得行业推广使用。
In order to solve the problems of artificial stacking in health bathroom facilities,achieve automation of toilet packing box turnover stacking,a full-automatic turnover stacking manipulator with high working efficiency,high safety,high utilization rate and low energy consumption is designed,which is qualified with advanced technologies,such as machine design,control system programming,pneumatic transmission and sensor,etc.It improves the mechanization level of toilet packing boxes and frees people from heavy manual labor,achieves the automate artificial long-distance operation of turnover stacking in producing department,saves a lot of human resources and labor costs,improves efficiency,and is worthy of popularization and use in this industry.
