抑制EphA2受体对内毒素性急性肺损伤的保护作用研究

摘要 分析抑制EphA2受体对内毒素性急性肺损伤的保护作用。选取我院收治的39例内毒素性急性肺损伤患者为观察组,另选取39例同一时期的健康志愿者作为对照组,观察两组治疗前后TNF-a水平、IL-6水平、MPO活性水平的变化情况。观察组治疗前TNF-a水平、IL-6水平、MPO活性水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01),差异具有统计学意义。采用抑制EphA2受体治疗后,观察组的TNF-a水平、IL-6水平、MPO活性水平与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在内毒素性急性肺损伤患者的临床治疗中,抑制EphA2受体具有显著的保护作用,可作为治疗急性肺损伤患者的新靶点。 The research analyzes the protection role of restrain EphA2 receptor on endotoxin induced acute lung injury.39 patients with endotoxin induced acute lung injury in the hospital are selected as the observation group,and 39 healthy volunteers in the same period are selected as the control group.The change of TNF-a,IL-6 and MPO activity level before and after intervention of two groups are observed.TNF-a,IL-6 and MPO activity level of observation group are significantly higher than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.01).After restrain EphA2 receptor treatment,there is no statistically significant difference in TNF-a,IL-6 and MPO activity level between two groups(P>0.05).In clinical treatment of patients with endotoxin induced acute lung injury,restrain EphA2 receptor has significant protection function,and it can be regarded as the new target spot of the treatment of acute lung injury.
