枯草二联杆菌联合麻仁丸治疗老年便秘的疗效分析

Analysis of Diphenyl Subtilis Combined with Fructus Cannabis Bolus Treatment on Senile Constipation

分析枯草二联杆菌联合麻仁丸治疗老年便秘的临床疗效。选取42例老年便秘患者,采用随机数字表法将其分成观察组和对照组,每组各21例。对照组给予麻仁丸进行治疗,观察组在对照组用药的基础上加用枯草二联杆菌治疗,对比两组治疗方案的临床效果。观察组的临床症状改善时间短于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组,对照组的胃肠功能得到良好恢复,生活质量得到显著改善(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。观察组治疗期间用药所产生的不良反应与对照组相比差异不显示(P>0.05),无统计学意义。应用枯草二联杆菌与麻仁丸联合治疗老年便秘,能够获得较好的临床治疗效果及用药安全性,患者的临床症状能够在短时间内改善,可提高患者的生活质量。

The research analyzes the clinical effect of Diphenyl Subtilis combined with Fructus Cannabis Bolus treatment on senile constipation.42 elderly patients with constipation are selected,and they are randomly divided into observation group and control group according to random number table,with 21 patients in each group.Control group receive Fructus Cannabis Bolus treatment,and observation group receive Diphenyl Subtilis based on observation group.Clinical effects of two groups are compared.Clinical symptoms improvement time of observation group is significantly shorter than control group,and total effective rate is higher than control.Gastrointestinal function of control group recovers well,and living quality improves significantly,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There is no statistically significant difference in adverse reaction caused by medicine between observation group and control group(P>0.05).Diphenyl Subtilis combined with Fructus Cannabis Bolus treatment on constipation has better clinical treatment effect and medication safety.Patient’s clinical symptom can be improved in a short time,and their living quality can be improved.
