食品检验技术存在的问题及优化措施

Problems of Food Inspection Technology and the Optimization Countermeasures

为减少食品安全问题,发挥食品检验技术在食品安全、质量保障方面的重要作用,指出了食品检验技术中存在的问题:技术的先进性、精准性存在不足,共享平台不完善,沟通不顺畅,检验对象受限,监管工作不到位。提出了解决食品安全检验检测问题的有效措施:积极应用现代化食品检验技术手段,完善食品检验检测共享网络,完善预警机制,拓展食品检验工作的覆盖面,完善内部培训机制,强化检测工作者的综合素养,以期全面提升食品质量,保证食品安全。

In order to reduce food safety problems,and play the important function of food inspection technology in food security and quality assurance,the research points out the problems in food inspection technology,i.e.the lack of advancement and accuracy,imperfect sharing platform,poor communication,limit inspection object,and lack of supervision.Effective measures are proposed,i.e.to actively apply modern food inspection technology,perfect food inspection and testing sharing network,perfect early warning system,enlarge the coverage of inspection,perfect internal training mechanism,and strengthen the comprehensive literacy of the inspectors,in order to comprehensively improve the food quality and ensure good security.
