摘要
采用文献资料法、访谈法、实验法、数理统计法等,对福建林业职业技术学院2018级在校女生进行为期16周的普拉提运动训练,观察她们的健康体适能的变化情况。结果显示普拉提运动训练对高校女生身体形态指标、肌肉适能、柔韧适能存在显著性差异,高校开展普拉提运动能够增强女大学生的健康体适能,有益身心的全面发展。
By using the methods of literature review,interviews,experiments and mathematical statistics,this paper conducts a 16 week Pilates training for female students of grade 2018 in Fujian Forestry Vocational Technical College to observe whether their health and physical fitness change.The results show that there are significant differences in the body shape index,muscle fitness and flexibility fitness for college girls after Pilates training.Pilates training in college can enhance the health and physical fitness of female students,which is beneficial to the all-round development of body and mind.
