摘要
屋顶运动目前在一些城市愈来愈受欢迎,作为新事物,其建设运营过程中必然会面临一些问题和风险。文章在对政策管理风险、安全管理风险、环境管理风险和产权管理风险进行剖析的基础上,提出风险控制的对策建议,旨在规范引导屋顶运动健康有效开展。
Rooftop sports are becoming increasingly popular in some cities.However,as a new thing,its construction and operation process is bound to face some difficult risks.Based on the analysis of policy management risks,safety management risks,environmental management risks and property rights management risks,the paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions for risk control in order to regulate and guide the healthy and effective development of rooftop sports.
