海洋意识的内涵、特性及大学生培育路径研究

Research on Connotation and Characteristics of the Ocean Consciousness and Cultivation Path of It in College Students

海洋意识是国民树立正确的海洋观、安全观的理论前提,也是实现国家海洋强国战略的实践基础。在深刻理解海洋意识科学内涵的基础上,指出海洋意识具有历史性、民族性、开放性、发展性等性质。并从海洋认知途径、对海洋情感变化和参与海洋事务实践行为,提出符合新时代国情发展的海洋意识培育路径:坚持“姓中”“姓社”“姓党”三姓要求培育海洋意识;坚持融入课程、融入研究、融入活动“三融”原则培育海洋意识;坚持教育管理制度化、教育手段信息化、教育宣传实践化“三化”路径培育海洋意识。

Ocean consciousness is the theoretical premise for the people to establish a correct ocean view and security view,and it is also the practical basis for realizing the strategy of strengthening the country's marine power.Based on a deep understanding of the scientific connotation of ocean consciousness,this paper points out that ocean consciousness bears the characteristics of historicity,nationality,openness and development.Besides,from the perspective of ocean cognition,the change of ocean emotion and the practice of participating in marine affairs,the writer puts forward some feasible ways to cultivate ocean consciousness in line with the national conditions of the new era:adhering to the principles of"one country","the socialism",and the"Communist Party"while cultivating ocean consciousness;adhering to the strategy of integrating curriculum teaching and researching activities into the cultivation of ocean consciousness;adhering to the path of institutionalization of educational management,informatization of educational means and action-orientation of the educational publicity in cultivat-ing the marine awareness.
