建立以创新为导向的陶瓷科技人才评价体系研究--为建好“景德镇国家陶瓷文化传承创新试验区”提供高质量人才支撑

An Innovation-oriented Evaluation System for Ceramic Science and Technology Talents--To Provide High-quality Talent Support for Building"Jingdezhen National Ceramic Culture Inheritance and Innovation Pilot Zone"

景德镇在获批“景德镇国家陶瓷文化传承创新试验区(以下简称‘国家试验区’)”的历史机遇下,人才优先发展,必将成为推动景德镇高质量发展的重要支撑。本文从发展创新型陶瓷科技人才的角度出发,探讨了创新型陶瓷科技人才对“国家试验区”建设的重要意义,分析了景德镇现有陶瓷科技人才评价体系存在的短板,提出了建立创新型陶瓷科技人才评价体系的基本框架,以期为推动“人才强市”战略的实施、为建好“国家试验区”集聚更多优秀人才,提供理论分析和参考建议。

Presently,with the historic opportunity of being approved as"Jingdezhen National Ceramic Culture Inheritance and Innovation Pilot Zone"(hereinafter referred to as"National Pilot Zone"),talent development is given priority and will become an important support to promote high-quality development of Jingdezhen.From the perspective of developing innovative ceramic science and technology talents,this paper discusses the significance of innovative ceramic science and technology talents to the construction of the"National Pilot Zone",analyzes the shortcomings of the existing evaluation system of Jingdezhen ceramic science and technology talents,and puts forward the basic framework for establishing innovative ceramic science and technology talents evaluation system in the expectation of promoting the implementation of the strategy of"strengthening the city with talents"and providing theoretical analysis and reference suggestions for gathering more excellent talents for the construction of the"National Pilot Zone".
