供给侧改革视角下景德镇陶瓷文化创意产业融资研究

On the Financing of Jingdezhen Ceramic Cultural Innovation Industry from the Perspective of Supply-side Reform

随着我国经济转型升级,“一带一路”的深入发展,景德镇国家陶瓷文化传承创新试验区的设立,政策和环境都为景德镇陶瓷产业转型升级带来机会。供给侧改革从内在的结构出发调整需求和供给,促进经济社会持续健康发展。然而景德镇陶瓷文创企业大部分“轻资产、重创意、规模小”,在很大程度上限制了企业融资。解读相关政策,分析发展现状,指出陶瓷文化创意产业存在的融资问题,并提出相应的解决方案。

With the economic transformation and upgrading of Chinese economy,the in-depth development of"One Belt and One Road",and the establishment of Jingdezhen National Ceramic Culture Inheritance and Innovation Pilot Zone,the policies and environment related have all combined to bring opportunities for the transformation and upgrading of Jingdezhen ceramic industry.Supply-side reform is to adjust demand and supply from the internal structure to promote sustained and sound economic and social development.However,most of Jingdezhen ceramic cultural innovation enterprises are"asset-light","creativity-heavy"and"small-scale",which limits enterprise financing to a large extent.Therefore,this paper interprets the relevant policies,analyzes the current development situation,points out the financing problems existing in the ceramic cultural creative industry,and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
