摘要
借助现代分析仪器,分析了双氧水(H_(2)O_(2))净化工艺中的再生前后的吸附树脂中的杂质含量、不同条件下的H_(2)O_(2)的热稳定性和稳定度,探讨了再生前后吸附树脂对H_(2)O_(2)的稳定性的影响。结果表明:再生后吸附树脂中有机物杂质种类减少及杂质含量降低,其中再生后吸附树脂中的铁离子去除率约40%,甲苯、邻二甲苯、二甲基乙苯、乙基蒽醌等杂质去除率可达到50%以上;再生前吸附树脂吸附有机物及铁离子等杂质后会使H_(2)O_(2)分解加快,其稳定度会显著降低;在H_(2)O_(2)净化系统中,再生后吸附树脂对H_(2)O_(2)分解具有催化作用,会减弱H_(2)O_(2)自身的热稳定性。H_(2)O_(2)生产企业须对H_(2)O_(2)净化系统严密监控,配套相应监控措施和必要的安全联锁,以降低安全风险。
The impurity content in the adsorptive resin before and after regeneration and the thermal stability and stability of hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))under different conditions were analyzed with modern analytical instruments during H_(2)O_(2)purification process.And the influence of the adsorptive resin on the stability of H_(2)O_(2)was discussed before and after regeneration.The results showed that the types and content of organic impurities in the adsorptive resin were reduced after regeneration,and the removal rate of iron ions in the adsorptive resin was about 40%after regeneration,and the removal rate of impurities,such as toluene,o-xylene,dimethyl ethylbenzene and ethyl anthraquinone,reached higher than 50%;the adsorptive resin would accelerate the decomposition of H_(2)O_(2)and significantly reduce its stability after adsorbing organic matter,iron ion and other impurities before regeneration;the regenerated adsorptive resin could catalyze the decomposition of H_(2)O_(2)and depress the thermal stability of H_(2)O_(2)itself in the H_(2)O_(2)purification system.H_(2)O_(2)enterprises must closely monitor the H_(2)O_(2)purification system and complete with corresponding monitoring measures and necessary safety interlocking to reduce safety risks.
