针对浆板尘埃,通过性状判断、红外吸收光谱图峰值等检测方法进行成分分析,以判定不同外观形状特征的浆板尘埃的可能成分;通过与生产环节的匹配,锁定尘埃的产生来源,从而采取相应的处理措施,保证产品的正常生产,提高产品的质量。

In order to determine the possible components of pulp board dust with different appearance and shape characteristics,the composition of the dust was analyzed by character judgment,infrared absorption spectrum peak and other detection methods.Through matching with the production process,the source of dust is checked,and corresponding treatment measures are taken to ensure the normal production of products and improve the quality of products.
