mTOR、p-mTOR的表达与大肠癌相关性的Meta分析

Meta Analysis of the Correlation between the Expression of mTOR,p-mTOR and Colorectal Cancer

目的系统评价mTOR、p-mTOR与大肠癌及其临床病理特征的相关性。方法通过检索国内外公开发表的关于mTOR、p-mTOR与大肠癌关系的文章,采用NOS量表评价研究的偏倚风险,通过Rev Man 5.3软件分析纳入文献的敏感性和异质性。结果与正常或癌旁组织相比,mTOR、p-mTOR在大肠癌组织中的表达更高(P<0.00001);与浸润深度T1、T2组相比,mTOR、p-mTOR在浸润深度T3、T4组的表达明显升高(P<0.00001);与临床分期Ⅰ~Ⅱ期组相比,mTOR、p-mTOR在临床Ⅲ~Ⅳ期组的表达更高(P<0.00001);与无淋巴结转移组相比,mTOR、p-mTOR在伴淋巴结转移组的表达明显升高(P<0.0001);与无远处转移组相比,mTOR、p-mTOR在伴远处转移组的表达明显升高(P<0.0001);但mTOR、p-mTOR表达在低分化组与中高分化组差异无统计学意义。结论mTOR、p-mTOR表达在大肠癌的发生与发展过程中起重要作用。

Objective To systematically evaluate the correlation between mTOR,p-mTOR and colorectal cancer and its clinicopathological characteristics.Methods Through searching domestic and foreign published articles on the relationship between mTOR,p-mTOR and colorectal cancer,the NOS scale was used to evaluate the risk of bias in the study,and the sensitivity and heterogeneity of the included literature were analyzed by Rev Man 5.3 software.Results Compared with normal or adjacent tissues,the expression of mTOR and p-mTOR was higher in colorectal cancer tissues(P<0.00001);compared with the infi ltration depth T1 and T2 groups,mTOR and p-mTOR were in the infi ltration depth T3,The expression of the T4 group was signifi cantly increased(P<0.00001);compared with the clinical stageⅠ~Ⅱgroup,the expression of mTOR and p-mTOR was higher in the clinical stageⅢ~Ⅳgroup(P<0.00001);and no lymph node metastasis Compared with the group,the expression of mTOR and p-mTOR in the group with lymph node metastasis was signifi cantly increased(P<0.0001);compared with the group without distant metastasis,the expression of mTOR and p-mTOR in the group with distant metastasis was signifi cantly increased(P<0.0001);However,the expression of mTOR and p-mTOR was not statistically different between the poorly differentiated group and the middle-highly differentiated group.Conclusion The expression of mTOR and p-mTOR play an important role in the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer.
