急性白血病(AL)是一种造血系统恶性肿瘤,其特点是造血细胞的异常增殖与病理性分化。精确的细胞形态学、分子免疫学、细胞遗传学等多方面分型的研究是确定治疗方案和明确预后结果的前提。其中基因突变与发病密切相关,是一项独立的预后因素。本文将对目前已知AL的基因突变研究进展情况及其预后价值整理,以期为临床提供更多的信息及思路。

Acute leukemia(AL)is a malignant tumor of the hematopoietic system,which is characterized by abnormal proliferation and pathological differentiation of hematopoietic cells.Accurate cell morphology,molecular immunology,cytogenetics and other types of research are the prerequisite for determining the treatment plan and clarifying the prognosis.Among them,gene mutations are closely related to disease and are an independent prognostic factor.This article reviews the research progress of AL gene mutation and its prognostic value,in order to provide more information and ideas for clinical practice.
