Research Status of Adjacent Vertebral Diseases After Cervical ACDF Fusion

近年来,随着手术病例的增加及随访时间的延长,邻近节段退变病(ASD)作为颈椎前路融合术(ACDF)术后的一种远期并发症,导致患者症状复发甚至需再次手术干预,而备受国内外学者的广泛关注,目前关于颈椎ASD治疗方案、手术干预时机及方案的选择值得研究,现综述如下。

In recent years,with the increase of surgical cases and the extension of follow-up time,adjacent segment degeneration(ASD),as a long-term complication after anterior cervical fusion(ACDF),causes the recurrence of symptoms of the patient and even requires surgical intervention again,so is widely concerned by scholarsat home and abroad.At present,the choice of the therapy for ASD,the timing of the operation and the choice of the scheme should be studied,and summarized as follows.
