口腔正畸结合修复治疗错牙合伴牙列缺损的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Orthodontic Combined with Prosthodontics in the Treatment of Malocclusion with Dentition Defect

目的研究错伴牙列缺损病患采用口腔正畸配合修复治疗的效果与应用价值。方法选取2019年4月-2020年10月我院收治错伴牙列缺损83例患者为研究对象,根据就诊单双号分为对照组41例,观察组42例。对照组单纯接受口腔正畸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予修复治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率、口腔功能评分、修复指标评分以及治疗满意度。结果观察组患者临床治疗总有效率为97.62%,高于对照组的78.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组牙齿排列、语言、咀嚼功能评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组修复完整性、边缘适应性、颜色匹配评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗满意度为95.24%,高于对照组的70.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论错伴牙列缺损患者给予口腔正畸联合修复治疗效果确切,可提高治疗效果,改善口腔功能指标,可提高修复完整性、边缘适应性、颜色匹配以及治疗满意度。

Objective To study the effect and value of orthodontic combined with prosthodontics in the treatment of malocclusion with dentition defect.Methods From April 2019 to October 2020,83 patients with malocclusion and dentition defect in our hospital were selected as the study objects,the patients were divided into control group(n=41)and observation group(n=42).The control group received orthodontic treatment alone,and the observation group received repair treatment on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,oral function score,repair index score and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 97.62%,which was higher than 78.05%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of tooth arrangement,language and chewing function in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The repair integrity,edge adaptability and color matching scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the observation group was 95.24%,which was higher than 70.73%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of malocclusion combined with dentition defect is effective,which can improve the treatment effect and oral function,improve the restoration integrity,edge adaptation,color matching and treatment satisfaction.
