摘要
民工子弟学校教师是教师队伍中的一支重要力量,他们为当地教育的发展作出了重要贡献,推动了教育质量向优向好发展。采用问卷调查的方式,以教师专业需求为主要调查内容,旨在了解宁波市民工子弟学校教师发展需求的现状,并有针对性地提出促进民工子弟学校教师发展的建议。通过对宁波市民工子弟学校教师的个案研究以及浙江地区有关市县调查发现:这支队伍存在结构复杂、整体素质不高、团队凝聚力不强等弱点,在教师专业发展上也存在不少困境,关注这部分教师的专业成长,加强职后培训是建设高质量师资队伍的必由选择,并从学习型组织、和谐融合、因人施训、问题导向、终身学习等方面提出了建议。
Teachers in schools for migrant workers’children are an important force in the rank of teachers.They have made important contributions to the development of local education and promoted the development of educational quality to excellence.By means of questionnaire and taking teachers’professional needs as the main survey content,this paper aims to understand the current situation of teachers’development needs of Ningbo Mmigrant Workers’Children School,and put forward targeted suggestions to promote teachers’development.However,based on the case study of teachers in Ningbo Migrant Workers’Children School and the investigation of cities and counties in Zhejiang area,it is found that the teacher team has complex structure,low overall quality and weak team cohesion.There are also many difficulties in the professional development of teachers.Paying attention to the professional growth of this part of teachers and strengthening the post-service training are the only choice to build a high-quality teacher team.Suggestions are given from aspects of learning organization,harmonious integration,training for different people,problem orientation and lifelong learning.
