国际老年教育发展现状及经验借鉴

Development Status and Experience of International Elderly Education

人均寿命的延长与人口老龄化程度的加深,使得老年群体规模越来越大,学习的需求随之呈几何级数增长。老年教育有利于满足老年人教育需求,促进积极老龄化,通过分析世界各国老年教育的现状,对其模式和特点进行比较,借鉴国际经验,提出完善老年教育法律法规、重视老年人力资源开发、促进经费多元化、线上线下教育相结合等建议,以促进我国老年教育的持续健康发展。

With the extension of life expectancy and the deepening of population aging,the scale of the elderly group is becoming larger and larger,and the demand for learning is increasing exponentially.Education for the elderly is conducive to meeting the educational needs of the elderly and promoting active aging.By analyzing the current situation of education for the elderly in various countries around the world,comparing its modes and characteristics,and drawing on international experience,this paper puts forward some suggestions on improving laws and regulations on education for the elderly,paying attention to the development of human resources for the elderly,promoting the diversification of funds,and combining online and offline education,so as to promote the sustainable and healthy development of elderly education in China.
