随着社会市场经济的迅猛发展与城市化发展进程逐步加快,新型城镇化建设俨然成为我国社会热点话题之一。虽然近年来我国城镇化建设发展脚步越来越快,但是在实际发展过程中仍然存在许多问题。我国在新常态背景下,职业教育的作用没有发挥与时俱进的作用。所以,积极开展职业教育,加强对农业转移劳动力再就业功能和路径的深入研究,促使职业教育下的人力资源向新型城镇转移,推动新型城镇化的可持续发展。

With the rapid development of social market economy and urbanization,new urbanization has become one of the hot topics in China.Although in recent years,the pace of urbanization development in China is faster and faster,there are still many problems in the actual development process.Under the development background of the new normal era in China,the role of vocational education does not keep pace with the times.Therefore,we should actively carry out vocational education,strengthen the in-depth research on the function and path of the reemployment of transferred rural labor force,promote the transfer of human resources under vocational education to new towns,and promote the sustainable development of new urbanization.
