基于共生理论视角的产教融合共同体构建 被引量:10

摘要 在产教融合政策利好、推动力大的背景下,其深化发展仍然很少有经验可供借鉴。基于共生理论视角,以探究在产教融合政策利好背景下的促进机制为目的,分析高职教育产教融合共生系统,从产教融合不同角度制约融合要素关系进行归纳,构建产教融合“345融合共同体”。通过产教融合几个热点问题的讨论,得出结论:在深化产教融合协同创新产教融合共生模式中,既需要不断促进共生环境完善和优化,也需要相关系列配套政策和实施细则的完善来支撑。 Under the background of favorable policies and great driving force of industry-education integration,there is still little experience for its deepening development.Based on the perspective of symbiosis theory,in order to explore the promotion mechanism under the favorable policy of industry education integration,this paper analyzes the symbiosis system of industry-education integration of higher vocational education,summarizes the relationship of integration elements from different angles of industry-education integration,and constructs a“345 integration community”.Through the discussion of several hot issues of industry-education integration,it is concluded that in deepening the collaborative innovation of industry-education integration and the symbiotic model of industry-education integration,it is not only necessary to continuously promote the improvement and optimization of symbiotic environment,but also necessary to improve relevant series of supporting policies and implementation rules.
