基于STM32的某装备后座复进系统密封性能全自动检测仪

摘要 针对某装备后座复进系统密封性能的人工检测费时、费力且效率低下等问题,本文设计了一种基于STM32的后座复进系统性能全自动离线检测仪。该仪器采用32位单片机STM32F429IGT6作为主控制器,控制液压泵驱动千斤顶对后座复进系统模拟施加0-100KN之间的压力,同时采用高精度压力传感器FCY-10100和高精度激光测距传感器HG-C1100-P检测复进系统受力过程中的压力与位移实时值,绘制出系统在加载和卸载过程中位移-压力关系图,以此判别复进系统的性能。经过实测,该仪器检测精度高,性能稳定,可准确判别复进系统的密封性能是否合格。 Aiming at the problems of time-consuming,labor-intensive and inefficient manual testing of the sealing performance of the rear seat recoil system of a certain equipment,this paper designs a fully automatic off-line tester for the performance of the rear-seat recoil system based on STM32 microcomputer.The instrument uses a 32-bit microcontroller STM32F429IGT6 as the main controller to control the hydraulic pump to drive the jack to simulate a pressure between 0-100KN on the rear-seat recoil system,while using a high-precision pressure sensor FCY-10100 and a high-precision laser ranging sensor HG-C1100-P to detect the real-time value of pressure and displacement during the force process of the re-entry system,and drawing a diagram of the displacement-pressure relationship during the loading and unloading process of the system to judge the performance of the re-entry system.After actual measurement,the instrument has high detection accuracy and stable performance,and can accurately judge whether the sealing performance of the re-entry system is qualified.
