江西省消费扶贫的实践模式与优化路径

Practice Mode and Optimization Path of Consumption Poverty Alleviation in Jiangxi Province

消费扶贫是社会力量参与脱贫攻坚的重要途径,消费扶贫工作的展开既有利于促进贫困人口稳定增收,推动贫困地区产业持续发展,从而推动乡村振兴与乡村人民生活水平的提升,有效巩固当前的全面脱贫成果,推动贫困治理长效机制的建构;也有助于满足社会人员对农产品的消费需求、促进消费,推动社会经济增长。课题组通过调查江西省消费扶贫的实践模式,总结当前江西省消费扶贫发展模式及发展困境,并在此基础上提出对应的优化路径,从而为我国消费扶贫提供一定经验,稳定我国全面扶贫成果、推动乡村振兴进程。

Consumption is an essential way for social forces to participate in poverty alleviation,which is conducive to promoting the income stability of the poor and the sustainable development of the industry in poor areas,which will also help meet the social demand for agricultural production and effectively consolidate the achievements in combating poverty across the board,promote the construction of poverty management mechanism.Through the investigation in the practice of poverty alleviation model through consumption in Jiangxi Province,the research team has summarized the current development model and development dilemma about poverty alleviation through consumption in Jiangxi Province,and provides some experience about poverty alleviation through consumption on this basis proposes the optimization path,accordingly promotes the process of integrated poverty alleviation and rural revitalization for our country.
